- Henry Ford To inspire your team members, you'll have to talk to them, of course. No matter how smart, talented, driven, or passionate you are, your success depends on your ability to build and inspire a team. The company held its 2019 Team Building activities last June 8, 2019 at the Batis Aramin Resort located at the foot of the majestic Mt. Banahaw in Lucban, Quezon. Upon gathering, they had breakfast before going to the venue. The activities started at 9AM after a three and one half hours of travelling from the company headquarters in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. The place made everyone excited and happy because of the beauty of the environment and having a great venue to stay. Started with a Zumba exercise to bring out the energy. The dynamic team building activities that everybody enjoyed were Hoops Relay, Ring Toss, Big Puzzle, Human Maze, Siamese Twin, Speed Stacks, Pencil Craze, and Worm Up. They also experience zip line, wall climbing and rappelling for some self-confident activities. Afterwards the President/CEO of Palmer Asia Inc., Mr. Angel Palmiery delivered his State of Palmer Address during lunch. “Unity, Solidarity and Teamwork is the key” he said, the most important core values of a person should carry for a success and unified teamwork. He also mentioned how to continue achieving goals and striving for the betterment of the company. Also thanks everyone for all the efforts to make this event possible and for everyone who join and participate in this 2019 Team Building. The winners of the Team Building activities were also announced after the SOPA. Together with COO, Mr. Mervin N. Distor awarded the medals and certificates. The champion for this year is Red Team led by Ms. Julie Tiñola, 1 st runner up is Yellow Team led by Ms. Connie Grey, 2 nd runner up is Green Team led by Ms. Kharen Grimaldo followed by Pink Team led by Ms. Lanie Tungol and Blue Team led Mr. Joel Madamba. After the activities, there were extra time to take some dip in the pool to take advantage of the cold, natural and pure water from Mt. Banahaw. Several groups also went to the other places of interest nearby Lucban to discover delicacies, to visit the tourist attractions called Miraculous Shrine “Kamay Ni Hesus”, to try out the famous pancit habhab and lucban longganisa, and to reflect and pray at the San Luis Obispo Parish Church – one of the oldest churches in the Philippines dating back to 1595.
