Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships. (Develops a list or records of qualified leads through referrals, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking to maximize revenue).
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales call. Follow-up activities like coordinating shipping programs, managing deliveries and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock.
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas to give effective presentation.
• Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
• Understands the pricing and proposal models and able to make quotations for the accounts.
• Follow-up hanging business deals and helps company in collection concerns
• Ensures that assigned target sales quota will be reached regularly.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by his / her Immediate superior from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• At least a graduate of any 4 year course with at least 3 years’ experience or exposure in sales; must possess an active and dynamic character who is able to communicate and deal with all types of people; must be honest, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
