| Kidde Brand Halotron I |
| Halotron I is a clean
fire extinguishing agent. It is an HCFC based agent blended
with two gases. Halotron I is a high boiling point agent which
is ideal for streaming applications and adaptable for small
compartment flooding applications. The Primary extinguishing
mechanism of Halotron I is the absorption and removal of heat
from the combustion zone. To a much lesser extent, the extinguishing
mechanism is the displacement of oxygen from the combustion
zone. |

| Kidde Brand Dry Chemical |
| Contains a specially manufactured high
quality Mono Ammonium Phosphate Dry Chemical. It chemically
insulates Class A fires by melting at approximately 350°
F and clings to the surface to which it is applied. It smothers
and breaks the chain reaction of class B fires. It is also electrically
non-conductive. |
